Plan/administer membership recruitment and retention programs. Educate new members about the Chapter. |
| Membership Directory |
Prepare and distribute the annual membership directory to
Chapter members by November of each year. |
Professional Development Council |

| Certification |
Encourage and assist Chapter members through HFMA’s coaching and examination process to attain certification. Plan recognition events at conferences for members who become certified. |
Chapter Administration Council |

| Chapter Awards |
Develop and submit at least one Yerger Award application every year. Plan individual and Chapter awards recognition at conferences. |
| Organization Manual |
Annually review and update the Chapter organizational manual. |
| Bylaws |
Review Chapter Bylaws for accuracy. |
| Founders |
Maintain accurate Founders Award points on all Chapter members and communicate with National to keep current. |
| Nominating |
Present nominees for Chapter Director and Officer
positions in accordance with Chapter Bylaws. |
| Sponsorship |
Develop the annual Chapter sponsorship program with vendors to support Chapter goals |
